Strength Based Practice practitioner talks to a client

Individual Services

One to One Supervision

1 hour /// Online or In-person

An important aspect of Supervision, along with the fundamental elements of accountability, education and support, is the development of parallel practice and the constant enrichment of our own work and life so that we can then bring that to our teams.

Bernadette Glass currently conducts both in-person and online supervision sessions for professionals in the Health and Human Services sector using an approach that supports you to develop your strength based practice.

In your one to one supervision sessions with Bernadette you are able to express, question and inquire in order to create the space that can allow new understandings to emerge that you can then take into your day-to-day work with others.

If a strength based practice is the foundational philosophy of an organisation it does not end with the client practitioner relationship but ‘parallels’ with all the relationships in an organisation.

Supervision sessions with Bernadette provide an opportunity for you to reflect on your strength based practice and your role as a supervisor in a meaningful and insightful way.
