Workshop
Dealing with Conflict & Disharmony In The Workplace
2 x 2 hr Workshops /// Online /// Next training series: TBD
Disharmony and conflict in the workplace can affect the quality of a person’s life extending far beyond their job. When tension and conflict in the workplace impact on people and productivity, we can either ignore it or as leaders we can respond to the disharmony by modelling how to work harmoniously in the workplace. We can transform our workplaces simply by nipping unwanted behaviour in the bud and supporting our team to overcome conflict in the workplace and maintain a harmonious environment, so that our collective focus can be on supporting and providing outcomes to our clients and our organisations.
As a leader, opportunities present themselves every day for you to demonstrate how a consistent focus on the purpose of the work, service or task at hand leaves no place for disrespect or conflict in the workplace. Relationships can be transformed, and quality service delivery guaranteed when we are prepared to set standards that both empower and invite responsibility to be at the forefront of every aspect of our work.
